Step 1
Concept Discussion
Whether it's an existing style with a different choice of metal or stone, or a fresh idea straight from your imagination, we'll understand your requirement and walk you through the process. You can book an appointment to visit our store, or discuss the concept remotely.

Step 2
Ideation & Design
We start with an initial sketch, source the metal and stones, and prepare a creative illustration around the idea. You then receive CAD drawings of the proposed design alongside a quote and a timeline for your perusal.

Step 3
Handcrafting Your Jewellery
Once everything is approved, our skilled artisans and master jewellers handcraft your piece. We share images of the product while it is being made and once it is complete, so nothing is left to surprise.
