All these communications are proprietary of the institution and the loan seeker. Jewel grams, its holding company and all its associated entities do not need to be part of the communication. By filling this form you agree that Jewel Grams, its holding company and all its associated entities are indemnified from any legal action. Also by filling this form you agree to indemnify Jewel Grams, its holding company and all its associated entities from any financial liability. Jewel Grams, its holding company and all its associated entities will not be held liable for anything in the due process of loan application; right from the time this form is filled to approval/disapproval and disbursement of loan amount.
